With over a decade of experience working with diverse clients and teams across the U.S., Frank has honed his ability to connect with people, understand their goals, and create tailored solutions that drive measurable results. Known for delivering exceptional service both in-person and virtually, Frank excels at developing impactful marketing campaigns, fostering long-term relationships, and equipping professionals with the tools they need to succeed. His background includes designing training programs, tracking business trends, and helping organizations achieve and surpass their growth targets. A proud graduate of Villanova University School of Business, Frank earned a double major in Management and International Business with a minor in Finance. As a four-year member and captain of Villanova’s men’s basketball team, he helped lead the Wildcats to the 2009 Final Four, bringing the same discipline, teamwork, and leadership from the court into his professional endeavors.

Victoria Newsome
Program Advisor | Up Next: The Premiere Victoria Newsome is a sports journalist and on-air personality from Columbia, MD. She graduated early from Villanova University in December 2024 and is now starting her M.S. in Journalism at Columbia Journalism School in NYC. She has worked in news, sports, digital media, politics, college basketball operations, and content creation — CBS Sports Network, TNT Sports (NCAA.com), Villanova Athletics, CBS News Philadelphia, NBC10 Philadelphia, AKSM Media, and Columbia Athletics. As a Villanova Dance Team alum, Newsome brings the same discipline and presence from the competition floor to her fast-growing career in sports broadcasting. In her role as Program Advisor for Up Next: The Premiere, Victoria’s multifaceted media background, deep sports industry connections, and first-hand understanding of collegiate athletics make her an invaluable asset in guiding participants, shaping event content, and inspiring the next generation of sports professionals.

Saleem Brown
Founder & President, Garra LLC | Creator of Up Next: The Premiere Saleem Brown has built his career at the intersection of education, athletics, and community impact. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini University, where he spent over a decade in leadership roles — from Assistant Director of Admissions to Associate Director of First-Year Experience later Executive Director of Community Development and External Relations later. In these positions, he designed academic programming, launched mentorship initiatives for first-generation college students, and guided countless young people through pivotal educational transitions. A lifelong advocate for student-athletes, Saleem coached Cabrini’s Men’s Basketball team for 12 seasons, leading the Cavaliers to a national championship appearance, recruiting and coaching five All-Americans, and mentoring players both on and off the court. His commitment to excellence earned him multiple honors, including the Young Alumni Award, the Denise Edwards Award, the Cabrini Spirit Award, and the Luminary Award. Beyond the university, Saleem has cultivated strong relationships in the sports industry through an internship with the Philadelphia 76ers marketing department, working with numerous basketball clinics, and having direct connections with agents, coaches, and high-ranking officials in professional sports organizations. He has also served on the board of Intercultural Family Services, a nonprofit supporting diverse communities. With Up Next: The Premiere – Real Stories. Real Access.
